Enrollment Operations Manager

The Enrollment Operations Manager will partner with the Associate Director of Enrollment Operations to support the Enrollment Operations team in facilitating prospective students through the application process.  In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities as an Enrollment Operations Coordinator, this individual will also help assist in supervision and training of our team to help aid in employee development.

  • Responsible for the essential duties and responsibilities outlined in the Enrollment Operations Coordinator job description


The additional responsibilities of an Enrollment Operations Manager include:

  • Cross-training on all existing partners’ Enrollment Operations processes
  • Providing teammate support as needed during high volume times on all partners
  • Assisting with onboarding and continued development of new team members
  • Performing quality assurance checks on application processing, CRM data entry, document processing, transfer credit evaluation, and file completion
  • Using QA results to identify team/individual needs for additional trainings
  • Meet with Enrollment Operations Coordinators on a regular basis to review processes, student file issues, and individual development
  • First point of contact for Enrollment Operations Coordinator inquiries and escalations, and submits partner escalations to Associate Director of Enrollment Operations






  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education operations preferred


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Proficient with internal CRM, including creating contacts and opportunities, entering student data points, and merging contacts


Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient use of internal CRM and SharePoint with ability to train others on proper use
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills with peers, partners, and leadership
  • Involved in supporting teammates’ processes and daily workload
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail

  • Respectful and empathetic with peers, other departments and leadership
  • Able to partner with Associate Director of Enrollment Operations to develop and grow the department


Keypath Performance (for internal applicants):

  • Consistent file submission accuracy of 95% or higher
  • Consistent document processing turnaround time of 24 hours or less
  • Maintains good standing with attendance/PTO balances
  • Seeks out additional responsibilities to help the team and business unit improve student experience



  • Up to 12 direct reports
