Retention Operations Specialist

The Retention Operations Specialist assists the Student Success team in maintaining efficiencies, process and data within the Student Success department. The Retention Operations Specialist is responsible for the data entry, data integrity and the execution of all administrative process for a group of assigned programs.

Education: Some college required; Associate degree preferred
Technical skills: Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and/or any internal CRM system.
