Keypath Education is seeking an HR Generalist to join us at our Schaumburg Global Headquarters.
As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting a mid-sized global organization, specifically its rapidly growing US and Canadian locations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, payroll administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, systems maintenance, policy implementation, recruitment and employment law. The Generalist will also partner closely with the finance and accounting with respect to global payroll operations.
