    Responsibilities

    As our Account Director, you will lead the relationship with our university partners.  As the single point of contact for all operational aspects of the relationship, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to a portfolio of accounts. Management oversight for Keypath partners includes product/program development, marketing, student recruitment, student support and course development services. You'll also:

    • Manage and administer all contractual terms related to assigned university partners
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our university partners and stakeholders
    • Maintain and review overall P&L for University relationships on regular basis
    • Lead and manage the program development pipeline
    • Collaborate with marketing team to review and plan client budget plans and forecasts as well as assist with implementation and continual marketing assets
    • Provide input to marketing campaign efficacy, application/enrolment forecasts, delivery of course development initiatives, and student retention and general student services
    • Matrix management of all internal resources working on University partners
    • Provide performance feedback to functional unit managers for employees working on University partners as well as report key performance indicators to Keypath leadership
    • Manage and report on account KPIs with University partners

    Qualifications

    Success in this role comes down to a few key elements:

    • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a senior Account Management role
    • Experience in the Education sector essential
    • Data-focus and experience in building and managing multi-million dollar P&L's
    • Proven ability to work across internal teams to gain buy-in to deliver optimal performance
    • Experience in building long-term relationships with clients at all levels, ranging from executives down.
    • Excellent track record in meeting KPI's, forging strong relationships, and delivering client satisfaction
    • Experience in managing multiple projects and delivering to schedule
    • Willing to travel domestically up to 35% of time
