  • Overview

    The Records and Evaluation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all admissions related documents are processed and updated within our CRM in a timely manner.  The individual in this role works with our Enrollment Advisors to ensure all student files are accurate and meet the requirements of our partner institutions.  This person is also responsible for understanding all transfer credit policies and for completing transcript evaluations for their assigned partner institutions.

    Responsibilities

    1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Creates a record in our CRM for prospective students once application is received.
    • Communicates to Enrollment Advisors when application documents require correction or additional information
    • Processes all incoming transcripts via mail, fax, email and other electronic formats.
    • Updates and maintains accurate records in our CRM and other essential systems.
    • Works cohesively and collaboratively with Enrollment Advisors when necessary in order to assist in facilitating prospective student enrollment.
    • Determines when admissions files are ready to be prepared and meets with the Enrollment Advisor for review
    • Enters application data into our CRM
    • Manages all official transcripts by preparing photocopies, tracking and mailing to partner institutions upon acceptance
    • Compliance with all personnel policies and procedures
    • Ability to come to work and work the regular schedule and shift for the position
    • Complies with all personnel policies and procedures
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
    • Completes transcript evaluations and provides results back to supervisor and enrollment advisors.

     

     WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Work Environment: Typical office environment. Extended periods of time sitting and working at a computer are a daily occurrence
    • Special Physical Requirements: Lifting and moving of files and/or lifting objects of 20 to 25 pounds
    • Travel: Less than 5%

    Qualifications

    Education: Associate’s degree preferred
    Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred in higher Education

     

    • Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher.
    •  Special Requirements Specific to Job:
