    Keypath Education is seeking a Senior Director, Global Human Resources for their Schaumburg Global Headquarters.

     

    This person will directly manage the overall Human Resources function for our global business, reporting directly to the Keypath General Counsel. This includes, but is not limited to, the overall oversight for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, culture, employee engagement and HR compliance/policy to ensure the Company is creating a highly engaged workforce. The Senior Director, Global Human Resources should also be experienced with developing compensation structures, evaluating and implementing benefit programs, and training and development methodologies. This position is responsible for proactively partnering and collaborating with leaders at all levels (C-Suite, SVP, VP, Directors, Managers and Supervisors) on the development and execution of strategies relating to all HR functions. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Continue to grow a positive employee culture through the development of employee led groups to further a collaborative and dynamic work environment
    • Effectively investigate, document and ensure appropriate action is taken related to Employee Relations issues. Partner with the General Counsel to proficiently address any Employee Relations issues in a timely manner and according to company policy and federal, state and local laws and regulations.
    • Set the tone for a positive employee relations culture through Human Resources policy design and implementation, management of employee relations issues, training and communications, swift resolution of issues, and timely documentation and reporting
    • In partnership with the executive team, create employee engagement strategies to promote a high-performance culture where employees thrive, visible demonstrations of open communications exist throughout the organization, and employees have an opportunity to learn and grow with the Company
    • Manage performance management program which includes annual goal setting and documentation, annual performance review documentation, communications and reporting
    • Oversight of the recruitment strategy including branding, systems automation, Internet and other sourcing avenues, screening, interviewing, assessments, diversity, data collections, job offers and metrics
    • Oversight of the on-boarding process that effectively assimilates new hires into the Company
    • Collaborate with the executive team on the Company’s compensation program structure and overall compensation philosophy, which includes benchmark analysis
    • Work with the executive team to design and implement a competitive and cost-efficient benefits program, including health and welfare programs, EAP, wellness, vendor management, analysis and reporting, compliance, and administration
    • Create metrics associated with key areas of HR and provide analysis and reporting to the executive team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; adjust Human Resources strategies, programs, and processes to meet ever-changing needs of the business
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education:   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

     

    Experience:  10+ years’ experience in the following areas -

    • Proven experience in workforce planning, change management, organizational design, talent management, performance management, employee relations, plus strategic and operational planning
    • Demonstrated ability collaborating with senior level leadership to develop, implement and sustain HR programs that enable the achievement of business goals
    • Demonstrated experience in managing the compensation function
    • Proven experience in benefits design/assessment and open enrollment processes
    • Excellent consultative, interpersonal/influencing skills, including the ability to build rapport, coach and influence at all levels of the organization
    • Strong problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills

     

    Certifications: PHR or SPHR preferred.

     

    Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel, Power Point and Intranet platforms.
