  • Overview

    The Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications develops, oversees, and implements the overall company marketing, communications, and public relations strategy for Keypath Education globally. This role drives Keypath brand standards and ensures the integrity of the brand across all mediums. The Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications, in partnership with executive leadership, interprets company goals and business objectives translating them into marketing, communications, and PR strategies.



    • Develops the strategic direction for, oversees, and executes, all internal and external communications for Keypath including print, web, and social media
    • Develops and implements strategy for marketing Keypath to prospective and current partners, investors and employees
    • Develops and enforces brand guidelines/standards and ensures consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing, communications and materials both internally and externally
    • Responsible for hands-on management of the corporate website and collaborates with internal digital media experts on digital media and search engine optimization programs to build brand awareness and generate new leads for business development
    • Creates robust library of collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads, and sales tools to support marketing objectives and efforts with input from product leaders, executives and sales
    • Engages various audiences through a fully integrated demand generation campaign by maximizing a variety of communication methods, vehicles, and technologies
    • Implements content marketing strategy that complements all other marketing initiatives
    • Conducts market research on competitive services and firms, as well as industry trends and techniques, so that Keypath remains competitive in the market
    • Event planning and execution duties for key company events including: tradeshows, partner events, industry events, etc.
    • Creates, analyzes, and communicates monthly marketing reports to CEO and executives
    • Manages departmental budget planning and oversight
    • Other duties, as assigned



    • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or management.


    • Experience: Five+ years demonstrated experience in the following:
    • Development and execution of a corporate marketing communications strategy
    • Work cross-functionally to deliver on strategy and achieve company goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including C-suite
    • Website, digital media, and search engine optimization knowledge and ability to be hands-on with program management
    • Hubspot or similar marketing automation tool
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
    • Managing a budget and the ability to control costs
    • Ad development and creation including story boarding, art direction, and message/copy development
    • Connecting campaigns and marketing efforts to profitability goals and ROI
    • Development, implementation, or execution of brand standards policies and Style Guide
    • Event planning such as trade shows, corporate events
    • Experience managing a team of freelance content and design professionals


    • Technical skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher. Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required.


    • Management: Prior supervisory experience leveraging a team to achieve goals, meets deadlines, and support company initiatives. Managing web and print designers.
