Keypath Education is an education services company transforming the tertiary education experience in Australia. Working with universities to provide 100% online postgraduate studies. Due to exponential growth, having tripled the size of the Melbourne office in the last Financial Year, we are looking for Student Enrolment Advisors to join the team.

It's an exciting time to join us.

As our Student Enrolment Advisor you will be responsible for managing prospective students through the application process for our University partner, providing guidance and advice from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will uncover their needs and objectives through a set of phone based interviews and assess their suitability for the course in alignment with their goals. By utilising your proven business development and sales skills, you will self-manage a pipeline of generated student enquiry leads to achieve set targets of student enrolments whilst ensuring the student's needs are met throughout the entire process.

    This will be achieved by:

    • Inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their needs and future goals (warm leads only from our in house marketing department - no cold calling).
    • Using a consultative needs based sales approach.
    • Self- managing a pipeline of students at different stages of the application process.
    • Responding to prospective student enquiries through email, chat and various other communication methods to assist the enrolment decision making process.

This role will see you become a course specialist, interacting with key stakeholders such as university academics and you will be working closely with our marketing teams.

    • Your passion for customer service and student support
    • Your outstanding communication skills
    • Your consultative and solution sales techniques and proven sales and/or contact centre experience
    • You will be a self-starter who is results orientated and driven to exceed targets
    • You will enjoy business development and relationship building as opposed to a "quick sale"
    • Your curiosity and eagerness to build your own knowledge and undertake research into other areas related to the course (FEE-HELP, accreditations etc.)
    • Flexibility to meet shift variations over a span of hours (8am – 8pm) designed to meet the needs of prospective students.
    • A tertiary qualification is preferable
    • An understanding of the Higher Education sector is preferred, though not essential.

We really want to see that you're as passionate about education as we are!
